According to Football Insider, English Premier League new boys Norwich City have opened talks with Bournemouth to sign Super Eagles target Philip Billing in the summer transfer window.
Billing born in Denmark by a Danish mother and a Nigerian father tops the list of a central midfielder with Premier League experience that is required by The Canaries.
If terms are agreed, Billing would be joining the Canaries two years into his five-year contract at Bournemouth.
The 25-year-old, a one-cap Denmark international, has totaled 77 appearances in the Premier League – 43 for Huddersfield Town and 34 for the Cherries.
Billing is gaining a reputation as a goalscoring midfielder, ending the 2020-2021 campaign with eight goals in 34 matches in the Championship and scored in his first competitive game of the new season against MK Dons this past weekend.
