Shawn Rhoden’s last Instagram post contained an eerie foreshadowing to his sudden death at 46-years-old – the bodybuilding legend tragically lost his life following a fatal heart attack
Shawn Rhoden had shared stories multiple times on his Instagram stories in the hours leading up to his sudden death.
The bodybuilder died of a heart attack, according to Generation Iron. But posting to his Instagram feed just three days ago, the legend wrote: “Brick by brick and patience it will take. See you on the other side. #thechallenge #train #fitness.”
And in his final Insta stories post, Rhoden shared a meme that read: “Be with someone who will take care of you.
“Not materialistically, but takes care of ur soul, ur well being, ur heart & everything that’s you.”
Rhoden wrote the words “Real talk” over the meme in red letters.
Also in his stories, the bodybuilder shared a post about the upcoming 2021 IFBB Pro qualifier in Lithuania where he was scheduled to appear as a special guest December 3-5, according to The Sun reports.
