Wizkid, Femi Kuti, Burna, Get Grammy Nominations, Tems first Nigerian female Grammy nominee

The 64th annual Grammy Awards set to hold on January 31st, 2022.

Nigeria music sensation, WizKid got 2 nominations in the Best Global Album and Best Global Song category, while Femi Kuti is nominated alongside his son, Made Kuti in the Best Global album category.

BurnaBoy and Tems are nominated as supporting acts in the Best Global song category. This makes Tems the first-ever Nigerian female Grammy nominee.

This edition has the most amount of Nigerians nominated, five in total.
