The yet to be identified lady posted the footage on her Insta story @patiencesimon16, her tweak steps is compared to that of Jane Mena, Delta State born dancer and CEO of janemenaglitz.
The lady who is suspected to be a member of red light district zone, posted a footage that captures the moments she tweaks.
