Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend, Jason Alexander was arrested on Thursday, December 30, for allegedly violating a restraining order, according to Us Weekly.

The 40-year-old is in Williamson County Jail in Franklin, Tennessee. He was charged with a violation of order of protection as well as aggravated stalking. His bond was set at $30,000. Us confirms that Alexander was released from police custody on Tuesday, January 4.

This is not Alexander’s first run-in with the law.
