Gyakie, Asake Makes History to be Named as Part of YouTube Black Voices Class of 2023
Gyakie re-write history as the only female Ghanaian singer to be named as part of YouTube Black Voices Class of 2023.
YouTube, a social media giant has officially shared the list of artists who made it to its Black Voices Creator Class of 2023, Ghanaian music star, Gyakie was among 40 global musicians, producers and songwriters named.
Delighted Ghanaians celebrated the music star for the milestone and also to have made Ghana proud.
Also on the list is Ghanaian-British producer Juls, Nigeria’s Asake, and other class members from Brazil, South Africa, the U.S., the U.K., Canada, Australia and Jamaica.
Gyakie, Asake and others nominees will receive seed funding to invest in the growth of their channels. She will also have access to production, fan engagement, and wellness training and networking programs.
