Caterin: A stunningly built lady from Badagry, Lagos State, Nigeria, is the lady standing tall as the head of the Catering department of Imole Eko Foundation free vocational training and empowerment program for the 2025 session. She took Creekvibes five questions.

What can you say about imole Eko foundation and the CEO?

The Imole Eko Foundation is an organization focused on community development and social empowerment through skill empowerment and welfare initiatives. The CEO provides strategic leadership and oversees the foundation’s activities to ensure alignment with its mission and values.
What is your impart in your student lives, concerning your training?
Through my catering training I provided, students were equipped with practical culinary skills, knowledge of food safety and hygiene, and foundational insights into the catering industry. This training enhanced their competence, professionalism, and preparedness for future career or entrepreneurial opportunities.
What’s the achievement so far in your training?
I have successfully equipped students with practical catering skills, strong food hygiene practices, and the confidence to apply them effectively.
How best can you train a slow learner?
I train slow learners by breaking tasks into small steps, using clear demonstrations, and providing patient guidance and repeated practice to ensure understanding and confidence.
