LikeMinds Volunteers for Tinubu: Bago set to Unveil Niger State Chapter, Sept 16
MINNA, NIGER STATE — The LikeMinds Volunteers for Tinubu & Bago will on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, formally unveil its Niger State Chapter and grassroots mobilisation structure in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027 and the second-term aspiration of Niger State Governor, Umar Mohammed Bago.
The unveiling ceremony is scheduled to hold at 10:00 a.m. at the Governor’s Hall, Haske Luxury Hotel, Minna, Niger State, according to an official invitation issued by the organisation.
The event is expected to bring together key political stakeholders, coordinators, volunteers, community leaders and supporters for the formal presentation of the organisation’s mobilisation structure and discussions on its grassroots engagement strategy ahead of the 2027 general elections.
LikeMinds Volunteers for Tinubu is a nationwide support organisation with volunteers spread across the country. The organisation operates a web-based platform designed to collate, verify and authenticate the information of registered volunteers.
Central to its mobilisation drive is the organisation’s “One-of-Ten” strategy, which is designed to build a structured grassroots network by encouraging registered volunteers to mobilise additional supporters within their respective communities.
According to the organisation, Niger State currently has the largest number of registered LikeMinds volunteers in the North Central region, making the state a strategic hub for its grassroots mobilisation activities.
The Niger State Chapter unveiling is therefore expected to provide an opportunity to recognise the contributions and commitment of the state’s coordinators, field officers and volunteers, while bringing together stakeholders in support of the political aspirations of President Tinubu and Governor Bago.
The National Leadership of LikeMinds Volunteers for Tinubu is expected to be present at the ceremony alongside other notable political and community stakeholders.
The organisation said the gathering would further strengthen coordination among its volunteers and provide an opportunity for stakeholders to engage with the objectives and programmes of the LikeMinds initiative as political activities begin to gather momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The National Leadership also commended the Niger State Chapter, its coordinators, field officers and volunteers for their efforts in building what it described as one of the organisation’s strongest volunteer networks in the North Central region.
The event is open to invited stakeholders, political and community leaders, coordinators and registered volunteers.
