A Foundation Built in Ibadan
Born and raised in Ibadan, Oyo State, Mrs. Esawe grew up in an environment that placed strong emphasis on education, hard work, discipline and personal development.
Her academic journey began at St. Leo Catholic School in the Agbaje area of Orita Challenge, Ibadan, where she developed a strong educational foundation. From her early years, she demonstrated determination, intelligence and a serious commitment to her studies.
She later proceeded to Eyinni High School, Ibadan, where she continued to build on the foundation laid during her primary education. Her years in school helped shape the discipline, confidence and perseverance that would later become important attributes in her professional life.

Driven by a desire to acquire knowledge and build a meaningful career, Dolapo proceeded to Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, where she studied Accounting.

The experience took her beyond her familiar South-Western environment and exposed her to a different part of Nigeria, broadening her understanding of the country’s cultural diversity while strengthening her adaptability and sense of responsibility.

Respect, she explained, should extend to each partner’s opinions, feelings, individuality and family. Marriage should not diminish either person’s identity but should provide an environment where both partners can grow.

No marriage is perfect. According to Dolapo, couples must learn to be patient, forgive one another and understand that challenges and differences are part of every relationship.
