Footage currently making the rounds on social media has revealed the moment Tebogo Sepale was having an illicit affair with a fellow man.
Tebogo Sepale is a ward 25 councilor in city of Matlosana municipality. Research has revealed that Tebogo usually lure men and women seeking for employment, during projects he requests for bed warming pleasure before employing them.
It was also alleged that the ANC Ward 25 councilor is in the business of having carnal knowledge of minors from his church and always records them.
He runs a church in Kanana extension.
