(Video) Billionaire Set to Build Luxury Residence in Dubai, partner Davido, others
Nigerian Born Billionaire Real Estate Developer, identified as Dr Stephen Akintayo has unveiled his plans to partner with A-list music artists in the category of Davido, Tiwa Savage, Burna Boy, and others to build luxury residences in Dubai.
Dr. Stephen Akintayo whose Real Estate firm is in Nigeria, the US, the UK, and Dubai is planning to build 180 units of two-bedroom apartments. Speaking on Channels Television today, he shared plans to build A-list Celebrity Branded Housing Schemes in Dubai and also replicate the same in Nigeria.
His company Gtext Holdings, which he started 15 years has overtime diversified into Real Estate, E-commerce, Logistics, Software Development, Agriculture, and other sectors.
Explaining that they are not yet selling the units, Dr Akintayo revealed that sales will begin six months from now and the organization is still accepting private investors for the project at the moment.
