Toyin Abraham: I will never be open with my political choices again

Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has made the decision to keep her political affiliations private moving forward. She has learned from a recent social media exchange and wants to avoid any further scrutiny. In the exchange, Abraham shed light on the promises made to her by President Bola Tinubu during the 2023 general election campaign.

An X user named Otunba (@ManLikeIcey) asked Abraham to divulge the plans Tinubu shared with her, to which she responded that she had been assured of good governance and happiness for everyone. However, Abraham expressed reluctance to bear the brunt of public scrutiny if these promises were not fulfilled. She mentioned her past experience of being bullied for her political choice and stated that she would no longer be open about her political preferences.
