Anambra State-born actress, Barrister Lilian Umenwa is a known face in the music and movie industry, versatile and delectable Lilian also goes by the name Princess Lee, a practicing lawyer, a producer, actress, musician and a model born into the family of Mr and Mrs Boniface Umenwa a family of 7.

After graduating, she attended the Law School in Abuja. She also have a diploma in Public Administration and Local Government PALG from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), also in her file is a certificate in Estate Management.

Princess Lee as she is fondly called is set to release two block buster movies produced by her humble production outfit, Princess Lee Production. An Epic movie titled ‘Sacrifice of blood’ featuring Ruby Orjiakor, Prince, Chika Akejiuba, Lilian Gabriel, Lord Frank, Princess Lee, Elvis Obi & many more veteran actors. The movie is centered on the ill effect of the tradition. And the contemporary.”The battle of two Alters” featuring Don Brymo, HenzyAchu etc.

She will be launching her foundation in the coming year, 2021. Princess Lee Foundation/Movie and Music Academy, had produced 20 films to her credit, while 10 soaps operas passed through the auspices of her movie production company.

In recent chat she said, “Movie production is not an easy task rather it takes a whole lot of patience and as a producer you deal with different characters, and ought to be in their shoes to handle them.”

She had two awards last year and was nominated for best epic soundtrack award with her track titled NNE DIM.

She won Best Epic Soundtrack of  The Year Award with the track titled: NWAM EBEZINA. “My child weep no more,which is currently making waves.

“I am a motivational speaker; a practicing lawyer. Been able to combine my profession and my career as a movie producer and an actor is not an easy task…. but I scheduled my time to suit whatever I’m doing,” she concluded.
