Khafi Kareem who engaged to the love of her life, 2020, a year after she left the BBNaija house, took to her Insta story to post a baby bump photo of herself and pen down an appreciative note to Netizens
(LONG caption alert!) I received this message yesterday and was so moved. I started #KhafiPrays on Instagram live last year during the lockdown and I thought it would be just for a week to pray for the craziness we were all passing through at the time. But it kept going. We later moved it to YouTube and 1 year 3months on, we are still going strong and have prayed together every single day at 7:30 am. I’ve had people say things like “all Khafi does these days is pray”, “Khafi you shouldn’t be using your platform for prayers, hide them after you finish” and “Khafi people will start unfollowing you if you bring God into everything” etc (the last one happened btw)” but all I know is God asked me to do something and he’s enabled me to KEEP doing it. There are days I want to sleep until late, not go live because I feel like ****, or simply don’t feel like I am worthy enough to be leading such an amazing group of people, but we the Khafinated Prayer Warriors or Warriors/ KPW for short are a FAMILY and we keep each other going in love and PRAYERS. Testimonies like this let me know God never stops listening and they remind me to keep going even when I want to stop. So if God has told you to do something, just do it.
