…how Asimiyu gets retirement benefit

Chief Okikiola Abimbola Sampson, president of MC Olumo Fans Club Worldwide, eloquent chief doubles as one of the branches executives of Ikeja Along LOB. He is a close ally to Alhaji MC Oluomo, according to him, the charismatic transport union boss is his mentor and his boss, a man of few words, while undermining the negative stories that have been written and said about the famous protégé of the transport union.

Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, while congratulating the enigmatic APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, during his last year’s 70th birthday anniversary, said that, Jagaban will be celebrating his next birthday in Aso-Rock.

While eulogising the APC leader further, he also said that, he is cheerful seeing the visionary leader as a mentor, leader and a father whose home has turned to a Mecca, accommodating different people in search of political knowledge and solutions.

CREEKVIBES OLUWADAMILARE DANIELS asked Chief Okikola, an indigene of Ikene Remo in Ogun State, to shed light on the wisdom with which MC Oluomo uses in directing the affairs of the Lagos State Parks And Garrages Workers.

According to Chief Okikiola, if you are not close to him, you will not know the kind of person he is, recently he, stretched out a helping hand to one of the branch officers after observing that the man can no longer discharge his duties to the maximum, due to age constraints, he asked the man, ‘what can I do for you? I want you to stop this job.’

The man said he wanted a hummer bus, Alhaji (Dr) Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya immediately called a car dealer and inquired about the price of the desired hummer bus.

It was about N5million, so he said, due to his financial involvement in rallies and campaigns currently going on in Lagos State, he can only afford to give him N3million. Instantaneously, he gave the man Three Million Naira, and the man is now a proud owner of a Hummer Bus, Mr. Momodu Asimiyu, a trustee to the LOB Excellence Branch, was the first to have received such a huge retirement benefit.

Talking about the Lagos State Parks And Garrages (LASPG) boss, I have not seen the type of Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya. If you report a case to him, he will investigate and get to the root of the matter before taking action.

Last year, a woman who was fending for herself with a ‘Korope’ bus, was assaulted at Ojodu Berger, when Alhaji MC heard of the issue, he investigated it thoroughly and dislodged the branch excos and conditioned them to go and apologise to the woman if they want to be re-instored.

A few days later, the woman came to plead on their behalf, but Alhaji MC insisted they should buy for the woman a ‘korepe’ bus before, they can be re-installed to their leadership positions.

The Oshodi Union is not left out, of his benevolent gestures, except for the bad-eggs. Funny enough Alhaji MC did not throw away the bad-eggs, he maintains them, trying to see how they can get better.

He has been good to the Fans Club as well Mission and Vision of the club is to emulate his ways, which we have not deviated from, we often visit the motherless babies’ homes; prison yards and empower the less privileged within Lagos.

We have established barbers and fashion designers, all expenses are taken care of by Alhaji MC Oluomo.

Our members that are out of employment, through the help of our mentor,  now earn meaningfully to make ends meet.

We are expecting this year to be a good year for us, our incoming president Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will by God’s grace be the next president of the most populous country in Africa ‘Inshallah’, going by his stupendous track record in Lagos, it shows that he will take Nigeria to the desired promise land.

We all know that when he becomes the president of Nigeria, he will do more than he did in Lagos State. One thing I want you to know is that there is no way you will live without enemies, but by God’s grace, all his enemies will bow down to him.

Creekvibes correspondent also asked, if there is anything the Fans club is expecting from Alhaji MC Oluomo this year.

Chief Okikiola said that all they want is for him to continue the goodwill that God has ordained him to be doing; we use this medium to eulogise him not to be distracted by rumour-mongers.

Did, you remember when he was stabbed, during the 2019 campaign? Can you believe that he has forgiven those that carried out the dastardly act? As I speak to you, they are currently earning their living under his directives.
