Iyabo Oko laid to rest, Ajoke, others storm’s Wake Keep

Nollywood actress, Toyin Adegbola, is currently in Ile Ife, Osun State, for the funeral arrangements of her colleague, the late Sidikat Odukanwi, otherwise known as Iyabo Oko.

It was reported that the Yoruba actress died on Wednesday evening, June 29th, 2023.

According to reports, Iyabo Oko, who had been away from the movie scene for years, had battled with ill health which led to her untimely demise.

Though many details about her death weren’t made known, her daughter, Bisi Aisha wrote, “May ur soul Rest in Peace Mummy”.

Almost a month after her death, the movie star is being laid to rest in her hometown in Osun State.

Ajoke ‘Asawe to re Mecca’ had honoured the invitation to her funeral and had graced the occasion.
