The squatters residing there were paying an average rent of N250k per annum.”

The Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, confirmed that the rooms have been dismantled by the enforcement team of the Lagos State Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources @LasgMOE. Additionally, a container used for various illegal activities was also discovered under the Dolphine Estate bridge.
