Based in Lagos, Prince Ambassador Yommy Eshinlokun Ogungbe has inaugurated his foray into this industry with the establishment of the “Air Travels and Tours Unit,” marked by the opening of a significant facility located at No. 1, Aso Rock Road, end of Community Bridge, Ago Palace, Lagos State, Nigeria.
DE-PRINOCC Shopping Complex, a storey building, was officially launched on December 7, 2024, serving as the operational headquarters for PRINOCC TRAVELS AND TOURS LIMITED. This organization has recruited a team of highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in airline ticketing, tourist visas acquisition, certificate attestation, and holiday packages, ensuring they are well-equipped to assist clients with family visa applications and the necessary documentation for securing visiting visas. Additionally, the expertise of Oluchi Musa will facilitate a seamless process for those seeking to study abroad.
The grand dual ceremony marking the inauguration of a shopping complex and a business opening commenced with prayers led by Pastor Lawrence Obadan, invoking divine favour for the project’s success.
The event was presided over by Alhaji Bashir Olaide, in attendance were distinguished guests, including Honourable Ajose Rashidi, Mr. Smart Musa, Mr. Adewale Balogun, Honourable Idera Shodipo, Honourable Ahmed Oseni and Mrs. Joyce Ejomafuvwe Ogungbe, the Chief Celebrant and owner of the establishment.
The chief celebrant took the opportunity to extend her gratitude to the dignitaries present, highlighting the necessity for a comprehensive tourism and ticketing service in Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole.

Ambassador Eshinlokun organized an engaging game at the grand opening ceremony, which provided the visiting guests with an opportunity to win complimentary tickets for a tour of the significant monuments in Badagry. This included visits to the first storey building in Nigeria, the Point of No Return, slave camp, and other prominent sites in the area. All associated costs for this experience was covered by the newly established ticketing outfit, Prinocc TRAVELS AND TOURS LTD.

Madam Oluchi Musa, the Manager of Prinocc Travels and Tours, being invited to officially inaugurate the occasion by performing the ceremonial act of “cutting the cake.” They were joined at the forefront by Pastor Lawrence Obadan and Prince Ambassador Yommy Eshinlokun Ogungbe, marking the significant opening of the Prinocc Travels and Tours complex, which symbolizes the commencement of its daily operations.
Pastor Lawrence Obadan, serving as the officiating pastor for the day, expressed heartfelt gratitude to God for the vision and resources that have brought the tourism initiative to fruition.
He prayed for continued blessings and support for the vision, aspiring for it to flourish and establish itself as the most reputable and sought-after tourism agency in Nigeria and beyond.
Mrs. Oluchi, noted that the agency is a registered member of IAATA, CAC, and NANTA, emphasizing that their primary focus is on travel.
