Bamofin, Lawrence Adeniyi Oladipupo: I Pray We See The Change Of Direction

The Renewed Impactful Minds Catalyst Foundation concluded its week-long event with the launch of Project 3000, which also recognized credible Nigerians who have contributed to charitable works in various capacities.
Significantly, Project 3000 aimed to feed 3000 individuals across Lagos, successfully achieving this goal within a week by moving from one area of the state to another.
(Father of the day)
Good day everyone, the president, and all those who are online. As usual, women tend to be more prepared than men.
I have been quite busy here and there. When Blessing Anthony called to remind me of this event.
Furthermore, I would like to take you a step further. The truth is that we cannot wait for the government to enhance the well-being and standard of living of the average citizen. Of course, that is what we elected them for, but we all understand the challenges we face in our own time.
Even around the world, things are not as good as people had anticipated.
My NGO is refered to as The Johnson Initiative For Positive Impact, which encompasses various activities aimed at empowering individuals to become leaders.
I have messages for the organizers
One of the messages I wish to convey to the organizers and the NGOs is that perhaps, as an NGO, we all need to take an additional step forward. I understand that this may not be a legal obligation, but political parties have failed to instill in the average citizen the significance of becoming involved, voting, and fulfilling their responsibilities.
God will not descend to establish the socio-economic society or the conditions we all pray for; it simply will not occur. As long as we persist in actions we know we ought not to take, we are merely jesting. For instance, if you run a red light, as trivial as that may seem, you have contributed to the current state of this country and its ongoing trajectory.
I sincerely hope we witness a change in direction. As NGOs venture out to educate and assist the populace, this represents another crucial step we must undertake. The politicians have failed in this regard, which pertains to the organizers. However, concerning those of us who have taken the time to attend this program, I express my gratitude for your presence and support. I hope you will continue to lend your support.
For those of us who are not employed by the government, you may approach me tomorrow, and I might respond with ‘Danfo lo wa o.’ On another occasion, I may have accumulated enough resources to sustain me for two years, and I will respond favourably to your concerns.
Not only today, but also tomorrow, consider how you can assist those who are underprivileged. Let us unite to ensure the establishment of a better government in our country.
The primary challenge you must confront is the notion that ‘Whether you vote or not, we all know who will win.’ This is sheer nonsense. It becomes significantly easier for manipulation to occur if individuals do not participate in the voting process. During an election, when the venue is crowded and others are still waiting to cast their votes, around 2 or 3 o’clock, it becomes increasingly difficult for anyone to rig the election. We have two more years ahead of us; let us strive towards our goal, as it has a more direct impact on hope and humanity in Nigeria.
