Akinyemi Oluyemi: I’m APC Party’s Candidate

Akinyemi Oluyemi, a young man who has been striving for a better life for his constituency, Ward-A, under the Alimosho Local Government. Like many other bright and ambitious individuals, Yemi grew up in Akowonjo; he obtained his primary education at Potter International School, and completed his secondary education at Arizonia Private College in the same area.
For approximately 15 years, Yemi has been closely associated with the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). Regarding his political aspirations, during the 2021 campaign, he acquired his form as a legitimate member but had to step aside for two of his colleagues, Ola Shehu and Toye Oketokun, within his faction. Ultimately, the incumbent, who performed exceptionally well, was re-elected in the person of Bolaji Yusuf.
CREEKVIBES Magazine asked the incoming counselor representing Ward-A about his chances of securing the position he is pursuing, despite having contested and lost four years ago. He stated, “I am the party’s candidate; the primary has been won, so I have no issues. I have been cleared by my party, and all I need now is the support of the good people of Alimosho to vote for my party, APC, for Chairman and Counselor.”
CREEKVIBES further inquired about Yemi, who is currently the General Secretary of Ward-A, and he responded to questions regarding his agenda for his constituents if he successfully attains the political position. He mentioned that he would welcome youths from various factions to present their proposals, and he would be available to meet with them one-on-one to understand their pain points. Although he emphasized that he is not making promises, he assured that he would certainly seek ways to alleviate their concerns.
Finally, the Ondo State native from Ikale Local Government Area expressed, “Come July 12, 2025, I want my people to vote for me and my chairman, Hon Akinpelu Ibrahim Johnson.”
