A Well Woman has scheduled a Health Education And Physical Activity Event in collaboration with renowned motivational speakers, professionals, and CEOs. The event, slated for August 3rd, 2024, will hold between 10 AM and 3 PM, at the Bletchley Leisure Centre (Sports Hall) Princess Way, Fenny Stratford, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK2 2HQ, will feature health benefits from exercise, healthy eating, dance, and more.
The event will include on-site health screenings, nutrition workshops, traditional relay races, ball games, physical fitness activities,healthy food and drinks, while DJ Castrol will be available for the dance fitness classes.

Queen Christy Amalu JP, the Managing Director and CEO of A WELL WOMAN, is a highly respected figure in the healthcare industry. As an NHS Senior Clinical Nurse Advisor, an Ordained Pastor, a Motivational Speaker, an Author, Co-Author, Mentor, and Philanthropist, she is happily married to her beloved husband Amb Bernard Amalu, her union has five precious and gifted children; she has also just been blessed with a grandson.
She has dedicated her life to serving others. Her commitment to helping those in need extends beyond her professional life, as she actively participates in various community groups and organisations. Queen Christy’s passion for promoting health and well-being is evident in her work as a registered adult and mental health nurse.
Through her organization, registered Eleven years ago, A Well Woman Network C.I.C (this year), she educates individuals on monitoring their vital signs to prevent serious illnesses such as hypertension and diabetes. Her tireless efforts have not gone unnoticed, as she continues to receive recognition and appreciation from those she has touched with her kindness and generosity.
She holds leadership positions in diverse communities in Milton Keynes, including the Nigerian Community, the Igbo Union, Nigeria in Diaspora Organisation, and her Church Community. She serves as the Ambassador for African Cultural Gala Night, a SHE Conference Ambassador, and a Patroness to Misd E.B.O. N. Y Ambassadors UK. These organizations are based in London.
The organisation A Well Woman is a group of women dedicated to empowering individuals to improve their health and overcome challenges such as hunger and vulnerability. Their vision is to create a world where the most marginalised individuals can break free from poverty and lead healthy, thriving lives for themselves and their communities.
The valuable contributions of our committed volunteers and officials have been instrumental in shaping A Well Woman into what it is today.

Cllr NANA OFORI-ATTA OGUNTOLA
Nana Ofori-Atta Oguntola was recently named as one of the current pioneers in Milton Keynes, she has worked as a film and TV producer for twenty-five years.
Her first job after university in the UK was the production of a TV documentary on ‘Girls’ Education in The Gambia’ for UNICEF.
Followed by the production of publications for the President’s Office, the Gambia’s First Business Directory, she is a Principal Producer with Gambia Television, responsible for Women, Children and Youth Programmes, she handles research into Violence Against Women in The Gambia for the Africa Law Society, research into the impact of HIV education for the Medical Research Council.
She is passionate about making a difference, filmmaking, training, and creating a legacy.
