Return Policy

Creek Multimedia, the publisher of Creekvibes magazine, has established a comprehensive return policy that has received board approval. If a customer purchases a digital magazine (e-edition) and does not receive it within 24 hours, we will issue an 80% refund. Additionally, if the customer prefers to have the specific e-edition sent directly to his or her email, we will be oblige to do so.
