Araba Yomi Fabiyi reveals more secret, insist justice for Mohbad

The Chief Executive Officer of Break The Silence Foundation, a human rights non-governmental organization, Yomi Famiyi, also known as Araba, has disclosed additional evidence that may provide insights into the circumstances surrounding the death of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, widely recognized as Mohbad. The documents presented by Araba include the following excerpts.
On September 11, 2024, one of the threats directed at a neighbor of Mohbad was received prior to our scheduled meeting with the IT technician responsible for the house’s CCTV system. My objective was to acquire the footage that would reveal the events occurring inside the residence, particularly concerning Mohbad’s death and the circumstances surrounding it. It is evident that Mohbad was left without medical assistance during his final moments.
Those present in the house were aware of the situation. The CCTV cameras were operational in various locations, including the staircase, living room, kitchen, backyard, and front gate at the time of Mohbad’s passing. Additionally, the CCTV systems of several neighboring houses captured significant details and accounts of the incident.

The demand for justice for Mohbad is unequivocal. Should the police and government choose to allow further loss of life to conceal the truth or delay a thorough investigation, it falls upon the honest citizens of Nigeria to confront this reality.
My freedom of movement has been severely restricted, and I remain in hiding, even while abroad, due to threats against my life for asserting my fundamental rights. Several individuals, including an actress, a transport union worker, a high-ranking police officer, a prominent state legislator, and a leading elected official, are aware of the plot against me. However, divine justice and the true law will prevail against them; they are not omnipotent.

Justice for Mohbad! Aluta Continua!
